- DRDavid RadabaughMay 2, 20251.0The doggy door is installed. That's the only reason this isn't zero stars. I was initially given an estimate of 2-2.5 hours. Six hours and SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS later, it's finally finished. I could have just bought a new door with a doggy door preinstalled for that. My door is all banged up and the paint is peeling because it was just sat directly on the saw horses with no padding or rags. One of the pins is ruined and no longer goes in or prevents the door from opening too far and banging in to the brick. The guy was nice enough, but I do have a thought. When taking breaks for medical conditions or making personal phone calls, maybe remove that from the billable time? Not sure why I had to pay $115 an hour to listen to a dad talk to his son. The quality of work is a 5/10 the project estimate accuracy is a 0/10 and the value is a -10/10. I will never use Ace handyman services again or shop at any of their retail stores. Just use Mr. Handyman or find an independent contractor.

He replaced light bulbs that I cant reach, repaired an area of sheetrock that was damaged & painted it & fixed a part of the ceiling in my garage. Now it all looks great. I will be asking for David the next time. I highly recommend him Nancy Madeley 1-16-23. Jennifer was on time she replaced 2 outside lights & replaced a ground fault plug that had quit working. She did a good job & all was finished in a short time. I would use her services again. She let me know she also is good at doing drywall Ryan was on-time. He installed a ring doorbell & was a great deal of help with setting it up on my phone. He also hung a stained glass piece & replaced a light bulb outside that I couldn’t reach. He did an excellent job & was very professional. I will request Ryan in the future 4-13-23. kyle installed 2 ceiling fans on my back porch. He did a great job. I appreciared that he made a trip to Home depot to get parts that were needed. The fans look great. He cleaned everything up. I would recommend Ace Handyman services for any job

We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out.
