- RCRene ChavezFeb 23, 20221.01 star is a lot for my experience. I decided to hire this company because even though I knew it would be expensive, I thought I would at least be on the safe side. So, a tech came out to troubleshoot the system, which he did & charged me a 90$ diagnostic fee. They suggested some parts & we proceeded. The tech later came back to replace the new parts but no fix. Then, they sent a more experienced tech to run another diagnostic, I was charged with another 90$ diagnostic fee & ordered some more new parts. The tech later came out & replaced it & still no fix. I was already a little over 1500$ in. They suggested for me to get a new controller for 300$ from them plus ANOTHER diagnostic fee for the installation, I thought that was nuts! But I still agreed because all I cared for was my a/c. They said they would give me a call back once they were ready & they never called. So till this day, I don’t have a working a/c.system & the heat is coming soon.
