Daniel was very helpful, polite and informative. He suggested we replace a part as it was looking old, I'm glad I did because it was leaking something. But the heater was fine. I will be getting regular checks twice a year starting in the summer as well as replacing all the ducts. I was very impressed with this company and I will use them again.
