Two young men came out and checked it and did different tests on it. We came to the conclusion that it needed to be replaced. I now have a fancy, quiet door opener with a camera that I can open from my phone! These young men were so helpful and friendly! I’m sad to say that I don’t see that kind of respect and customer service anymore. Thank you so much gentlemen! I appreciate everything you did. I’m sorry I don’t remember your names!
