Jorge also found a plenum with mold issues and suggested having that replaced. Jorge has been here several times and is always very thorough in his work. He answers all my questions with good explanations.

The technician confirmed that the blade itself was covered under my Trane warranty — a $130 part. However, I was shocked when they tried to charge me $550 in labor for an installation that would take only about 30 minutes. When I questioned why such a short job would cost so much, the technician told me I would be paying for the time it would take for him to drive to the Trane dealership and pick up the part. This explanation made no sense and felt completely unreasonable. Charging customers for a quick repair plus travel time to pick up a warranty-covered part is excessive and unfair. Overall, this experience left me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I cannot recommend Jackson Air & Heat based on this interaction.
