I watched all the heater elements he checked and no other inspection that I’ve had done before by others did not ( to the best of my knowledge ) do near the “ checks” David did! I’m confident the heater is in good order As a technician he seemed very knowledgeable and well trained. On future visits per our Annual Maintenance Agreement I’d like David to be our guy!
