  Alex was a really sweet and nice guy. Explaned things when i miss understood. And got us taken care of. He explained what all was wrong and what needed to happen to fix what was wrong. Gave us options and detailed each. Asap hvac will keep being our havc people. Thanks so much. We are getting a new system intalled so cant wait.

  I think ASAP is a first-class operation. I had trouble with my air conditioner and I contacted Zachary because I know him and his family, and I trust him. He helped me decide that I was dealing with a serious issue and recommended I contact the office to get in touch with the residential division. They sent Alex, and after some testing he confirmed that my system was going to be too expensive to repair because it was so old that it used R-22 refrigerant that has been banned for import and consequently has gone up in price to unbelievable levels. Alex was great, and after more poking around my wife and I decided to replace the entire system. In two days they sent out Nathan and Kirk to remove the old system and install the new one. This took several days but we were well taken care of because Alex left us with three window units to keep us cool. Jake came and helped one day, and Kirk came back to help Nathan finish up the work. It turned out that the entire duct system had never been sized correctly and had not been properly sealed at the connections. All of these employees at ASAP-HVAC are very talented, and trustworthy. After the job was completed they sent me pictures of the before and after, and the difference is remarkable. The air conditioner doesn't have to run nearly as long now and I am looking forward to the electric bill for a change.

  I could tell from the initial phone call this experience was going to be a smooth one. I had booked an appointment through the online portal however the allotted time came and went. So I called them up and the young lady Charlie was so pleasant and after hearing a little of my issue she explained that after hour requests don’t carry over and she was able to get me an appointment that day. She set up the appointment but also stated if someone could get there earlier they would. After having no AC for almost a month this was a blessing. Jacob arrived and explained what he was going to do. He did all the things and was extremely thorough. Before giving me an absolute definitive answer he verified with tech support. After eje gave me the nitty gritty of my situation he called Alex to come in and build me a quoted for a new unit. It’s sounds simple but what Charlie, Jacob and Alex did really helped ease my mind. I had been dealing with a shady hvac company for about 3 weeks. They left me with a couple window units and an appointment to get a new unit installed on Tuesday and some other extras. I have lived in this house in the woodlands for 23 years and I would hands down recommend them to service your AC. **I will post an update after the system is installed**
