Additionally, the storage system was installed not in accordance to requirements and has now minimized use of my garage. I have store items or choose to park my vehicle inside, but not both. I requested for the manager to call me and after two weeks have not received a return call. This is poor service and a severe lack of professionalism.

We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out.
