First they openly admit that the materials they used to repair my house were over a year old and bought at a habitat for humanity store. The work was shoddy and rushed. They left holes in my wall and did not plan to patch or paint. When I complained, their compromise was to patch the walls; however, they refused to sand or paint so that the patched work wouldn't be noticeable. The reason for it was apparently they are not getting paid to give me a dream house, just to fix the damage. There are now gaps between my flooring and base boards and my "new" wood laminate floors are buckling. Its been 1 month since the work has been complete and I can say my house looked better before the flooding! Of course now they cant be reached, but that didn't stop them from sending someone over to threatened to follow me to work until I was fired because they didn't receive the insurance check fast enough. I had to call the cops to get them to leave. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and violated. Its like they went out of their way to make a bad situation worst. These people are monsters that prey on single woman on a limited income.
