Took almost 2 months, multiple emails and about 10 calls to finally get someone to call me back. Then they increased the service fee by $23 per month with out mentioning anything. Used to be a awesome company and easy to work with, now it is awful!! If you don't mind an increase in charges randomly and not being able to get a hold of anyone other than the call center this is your company!

That’s for every other week pick up. Apparently their rates go up every year just because they can. Absolutely ridiculous.
