Quality: Excellent- my father retired from 40 years of floor covering. He was impressed with the quality of the product, especially for the price. Customer Service: Fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy at all. Not to mention same day delivery at a very reasonable price. We paid for the product at 1:00 pm and had it delivered by 5:30 pm that same day. Note: The shop is a little difficult to find because of construction in the area, but worth the effort. Just give them a call if you have trouble.
