Replacement of multiple ineffective cheap plastic roof vents poorly installed by builder that were causing a leak. Replaced roofing material around vents where rusty nails were noted. Work is warranted for 2 years. Another roofing company had been sent by builder twice before I finally hired this company. The other company was clueless or just didn’t care to fix their shoddy work.
