  My husband and I purchased LVP flooring with the intent to do it ourselves. After two rooms were put in, my husband got sick and passed away last month. Another company came in and finished the house but did not address the mistakes my husband had made when he wasn’t feeling well. I called Dane at CW Flooring. He came out and was very kind and compassionate. He took the time to try to find more of my discontinued flooring and had it brought in. Hector tore up the old floor and reinstalled it doing a beautiful job. I have to say the level of care and concern has been outstanding in a world that it seems to each his own. CW made me feel safe and taken care of. Thank you to all who helped me in a REALLY bad time in my life. You have my loyalty and I will always sing your praises.

  CW Floors in San Antonio was a very pleasant surprise. Troy was very nice and helpful. He knew his merchandise and was always ready to help. Came out to measure and was super professional. Told him I had had two other flooring stores that declined to do the job because of the way kitchen cabinets were constructed with fancy feet on some sections and some sections that were raised some off the floor. He assured me that would not be a problem. Floor installer was very knowledgeable and laid flooring over old tile and around legs and under cabinets. So professional and so polite. I love my new floors. Thanks Troy and CW Floors

  Philip’s service was excellent. He helped us replace carpeted stairs and upstairs walkway with wood. He got the work done very quickly and they did a beautiful job. The wood stairs look like they’ve always been there, as well as the upper walkway. The carpeting similarly is beautiful and well-installed. I would recommend this company and Philip, specifically to anyone looking to improve their floors and carpet.

  Philip was a gem to work with from start to finish—he got me the best price possible on my choice of wood flooring, worked within my renovation schedule, and provided an experienced team to expertly lay my floors in two days. I especially appreciated that the detailed estimate, with each cost itemized, so there were no surprises. After my final walk-thru, any concerns were immediately addressed. My happiness with the completed job was Philip’s first concern.   Went in to look at carpet. Tom helped me, and was very knowledgeable & kind. This store has all types of carpet, pad, and wood. I was amazed at the lighting selection to choose from.
