They did/do an amazing job on both. We recently ran into a problem with the AC unit and they answered the phone promptly and courteously and had someone out quick as possible to diagnose and repair the problem and notified us it was covered under warranty. It's comforting to know that our house AC is in good hands. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.
