They did/do an amazing job on both. We recently ran into a problem with the AC unit and they answered the phone promptly and courteously and had someone out quick as possible to diagnose and repair the problem and notified us it was covered under warranty. It's comforting to know that our house AC is in good hands. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.
- DJDanny JanOct 5, 20195.0Wow! Called late on a Saturday afternoon, and Issac showed up just an hour and half later. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I thought the Freon was out in my unit since my upstairs was blowing warm air but it turns out the capacitor was out of juice. All of that information was patiently shown to me step by step by Issac! He confirmed that it was indeed the capacitor that was failing the system in multiple ways and described every step of the way. I couldn't pay for a better instructor! I asked about the warranty on my unit and Issac even explained the warranty policy on my Carrier unit. Great guy, very responsive business. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks again Issac!
