- LMLos MAug 8, 20255.0Its 2025 now but back in 2021 several rooms flooded after the freeze: master bedroom-closet & bath, living room, guest bathroom. After reviewing companies, Baladez stood out. I stopped by their office, and soon Daniel was showing me samples of what would be my new living room floor. Daniel Sr & Jr were both so kind & patient throughout the entire journey to not only rebuild but redesign our home. Daniel completely transformed our outdated home into a beautiful showcase. Now in 2025 my house needs age-related repairs and i have zero hesitation recommending Baladez because they are honest, easy to work with, answer the phone and are down to earth. Daniel explains each issue and step in detail, and never talks down to you. I cannot give this company a higher recommendation!
- KBKathleen BethkeJul 10, 20255.0We hired Baladez Construction to completely remodel our out-of-date 1990s bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the results. When we were looking for remodeling companies, we really wanted one that could help us with the design as well as the construction. Baladez Construction was able to do both. We started by giving the designer, Emmahlyn, an inspiration photo. From there, she presented us with some tile, fixture, lighting and countertop options that aligned with our vision. Daniel Jr. was present to make sure that everything made sense from a construction standpoint and gave us some great ideas. Both Daniel Jr. and Emmahlyn worked with us to make sure that the design stayed within our budget. After the design phase, BCI secured the city permits and construction began. The workers came to our house every day, and Daniel Jr. and Emmahlyn kept us well informed of their status. Rather than have a jack-of -all trades do the construction, BCI used plumbers, electricians, painters and framers who were all supervised by our project manager, Robert. They even hired a professional cleaner to make sure everything was tidy when they finished the project. Baladez Construction was very professional throughout the process, and we would highly recommend them.

They have done an excellent job on all three houses. We have been pleased by their work and would recommend them to anyone. They are truly experts at what they do.They have recently added a decorator who has a great eye for color and design. She and the project managers will spend the time needed to make sure that all items have been addressed to your satisfaction. They take the time to finish the job well. You will not be disappointed with Baladez Construction. They are an A plus company! Note: Baladez has done add-on additions, built-ins, walls, doors, tile, kitchen remodeling, cabinet fronts, custom cabinet building, electrical, plumbing, and complete painting for us.

We had a truck take out two of our walls on the side of our home and the BCI team had a great estimate of the repairs. Once they got started, we decided to do a major remodel of the kitchen and living area and the outside refresh. We work very close with them every step of the way and they made sure we were satisfied. I would definitely work with them again in the future. They are Excellent!!
