Our sales team member Layne (and his wife :)) were knowledgeable and easy to communicate with when we had questions. The instal team (who were all Window World employees, not contractors BTW) led by Kenny was professional. They cleaned everything well and walked me through each window to make sure all were perfect. Best of all, Window World was very cost effective compared to the two other companies I interviewed. Thanks Window World. We are so happy. See pics. One picture shows an old, ugly, fogged window. The other is the set of three, new and beautiful windows.
