- JZJoseph ZerwekhOct 27, 20255.0Our toilet was backing up and I was unsuccessful in attempting to to unblock it with a 50 foot roto rooter. I called Republic Home Services on a Saturday morning and Kelton showed up at 1 pm. Using a much longer roto rooter he was able to unblock the line to the septic tank. After insuring that the line was open, Kelton then asked if I wanted him to replace the toilet. There was small fee associated with that but worth saving my back from lifting the toilet. Kelton then cleaned up all of the floors etc and even put new caulk around the toilet base. Very professional!
