- HBHayden belongiaAug 7, 20245.0Great people and friendly service. I go all the time to pick stuff up and am always greeted by Donna or Mr. Fannon. Whenever I do go to Higginbotham, I call in to the store and ask for assistance with my wheelchair, and Mr. Fannon is always there to help, and if I need assistance in any of the isles locating anything, he always points me in the right direction. Even when I check out, Donna is always there to make sure I have everything I need as well as hold the door open for me when I exit the store. 10/10 overall.

It makes such a difference in a small town to have a fully stocked lumber yard and hardware store. I went in last week and Tristan helped me find a plumbing part that I had absolutely no idea how to find. He and the entire staff are always helpful to me and never make you feel like your a bother or dumb for not knowing exactly what you need. This is the thing I love about a small town. Service with a smile. Thank you Higginbotham team for always helping me out!
