He was prompt and professinal; very modest, and did not upsell us or pressure us into purchasing anything we didn't need, and he also was very direct in his explanation of the overall assessment, diagnosis and solution to our A/C problem. He found a temporary fix to our expired capacitor until the appropriate one could he ordered. They waived the $89 fee as well as only charged us for the final installment of the correct capacitor. Highly recommend, A+++.

My AC was not working and they came out and said it was an issue with my thermostat that it was not putting out the right voltage and said we need a new thermostat. They took out my smart thermostat and installed a basic cheap $40 thermostat. The AC worked for about a week and went out again. I looked up the cost of the thermostat that was installed and it is literally a $40 piece of equipment and they charged us over $800 to install. I installed my last smart thermostat and it worked for several months just fine. This company will rob you blind!!!! Do not trust them!
