They stepped in and worked hard to find us parts when another contractor we had contacted could not deliver. We ultimately had to replace our entire unit due to the new legislation around freon . They worked hard to expedite a new unit and graciously accepted and answered our many eager phone calls to get the job done. After install, they helped patch up the paint on the walls. We will most definitely use them again.

John, our technician, was calm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He got along with my kids, figured out the problem, explained it to me, and got my replacement part that same day. Sweet relief from summer heat! We will definitely be using Comfort Design for all our future AC needs.
