He was very professional, and diligent in ensuring we were informed about the pros and cons of the different options available to us, while remaining sensitive to what was most important to us. He went above and beyond by ensuring past work by Milestone was done correctly and addressing concerns noted. We would definitely feel comfortable using Scott for electrical needs in the future. Jordan Cooper provided installation of the water heater and he also did a wonderful job. The installation was done efficiently and he was proactive in managing any unexpected circumstances that arose. Afterwards he explained all we needed to know about caring for the equipment and what to expect following our appointment. We would use Jordan again in the future.

He was able to quickly correct my problem and he provided me tips on how to make the temperature more comfortable in my home. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and the price was as quoted. The the service was A+.

I wish they would have told me the price when I called to book it, and I could have avoided the trip fee that I had to pay for them to tell me the price of service. Ended up going with a small, mom and pop plumber and only paid $150.
