He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire program, what needed attention, and why. I really appreciated how clearly he broke everything down and offered honest, helpful suggestions without any pressure. His attention to detail, patience, and excellent customer service truly set him apart. Ivan came out, was incredibly friendly and was able to find a solution quickly even though our old home gave him minimal access to the area he needed to work in. The price was fair and now we don’t have to worry about further water damage in our home. Thank you Ivan!
- JCJanie CoatsNov 15, 20255.0Scott Huggett was wonderful! He provided a comprehensive report for our HVAC replacement with details of what would be included and the total costs. Very professional, informative, answered all of our questions and even some we didn't think to ask. We knew our HVAC wasn't cooling like it should. He took the time to explain how the return air wasn't sufficient and showed us how they calculate exactly what was needed for each unit. All in layman's terms. We felt very comfortable moving forward with his recommendations. Michael Rivera and Jose led the team to do the HVAC install. We could not be happier with the install or the quality of the installation team. Every member was a PRO! They delivered everything that Scott said would be done and worked with us to place the vents for the new returns. We were amazed at the difference in air flow after the install. They were in and out in one day with no signs of them even being here...except of course having a much cooler house! Jose did the final walk thru to explain what they did and how some of the new features worked. 100% satisfied with the quality of the work! Favian Silva performed the post-install inspection and answered the few questions we had since the installation. Like the other team members, he was very professional, efficient, thorough and explained what was done and next steps. Still very impressed with the service we have received.

What truly stood out About Emily was her honesty and the fact that she didn’t push any extra programs or upsell me on anything unnecessary. She simply made sure I understood what had been done and how it connected to the rest of my home repair plans, including the next steps with my plumber. Emily also shared a bit about her own career path, which I found inspiring since I teach students about different career opportunities. It’s clear she takes pride in working for a company that values ethics and respects customers’ budgets.
