Air Duct Inspection: Anthony was fantastic! He came in and got right to work. We wanted to get a quote for a duct cleaning because we have so much dust in the house. Anthony figured out the problem and gave us three quotes! Which is what I like, basically to everything in the middle and what could effectively help. We are taking quotes right now but Anthony did a great job at explaining the problem and the solution. The inspection was informative and will help us decide.

Ivan Viverous has just finished and left. He was here to inspect my HVAC system. He was very thorough and professional He also told me things I didn’t know about my unit I have only been inspected one other time and I’ve had installers and people who check my electrical plant panel as well as my drain and sewer Everyone has been great so far, but I’d like to give Ivan extra kudos for his friendly and informative service. I highly recommend Bacon for all your needs.

Camden from Bacon Electronics came by today to service our A/C unit and perform the annual inspection, and the experience was excellent. He notified me ahead of time about his arrival and was very polite and professional throughout the visit. Camden thoroughly assessed both the attic unit and the outside condenser and then clearly explained his findings and diagnosis in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I especially appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood everything and answer my questions. Camden represents Bacon Electronics extremely well, and based on this experience I would absolutely recommend both him and the company to friends and family for their superb service.

A plumber from bacon BAIT and SWITCHED me!!! Whether intentional or not I was given a price, the work performed by an “expert” only to learn weeks later the wrong type of check valve had been replaced. My water company routinely inspects these valves as it’s required by their regulations and now i am out of compliance. Upon reaching back out to Bacon they told me it was going to cost me $1800 on top of the $2600 i already paid for them to come fix the mistake! The only information i have been able to get from
Bacon is when i called and asked. The way they are treating me makes me feel they want me to disappear. If the original quote was for over $4000 i would have gone somewhere else 100%! Since, I’ve gotten a quote for $1600 to do the entire replacement from another company. I even agreed to pay Bacon the difference between the right valve and the wrong valve but won’t pay any labor costs as I’ve already paid for the work. They have refused without explanation.

Last year I called a plumber to fix an airlock issue I was having and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. They basically told me it’s an HVAC issue so I had an HVAC guy come out and he drained the line but it didn’t fix my problem.
5 months later I decide to make some calls and see who was available to fix my issue. Bacon was the 3rd company I called. The first company wanted to charge a fee for a technician to come out (pass), the second company used a virtual AI CSR and that really pissed me off (pass) then I called Bacon. While Bacan also uses a virtual AI CSR it didn’t ask nearly the same amount of questions. When I finally talked to a live person, she scheduled a technician who was able to come out same day.
In less than 15 minutes Anthony was able to see the issue and why the sound was happening. He gave me 2 options, a short fix and a long fix both of which would have take less than 30 minutes to fix.
All to say, call these folks. They’re good. I plan to use them going forward for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.
@Bacon please get rid of your virtual AI CSR. I almost didn’t even give you a chance bc of how frustrating the AI was.
