However, it was extremely frustrating since they don’t value your time while the company charges by the hour. It is sarcastic since they have a price for their hours but no consideration for the clients time. The techs don’t show up at all despite appointed time. Extremely unreliable company. Would not recommend you trust them with your time. They will hold you up and will not show up at all. They don’t have the courtesy to call the client and let them know of any delay or cancellation on behalf of the techs! They’ve done it twice and was made a fool of for the third time I gave them a chance to do things!! Never going back to them ever!

The BEST handyman service in the area. We can’t say enough good things about Brandy- who worked with us several times to get things quoted and scheduled. Jose and Luis, our handy guys, have come out a few times now and done a flawless job! They hung two outdoor fans and consulted with us on preferences of height and mounted tvs, fixed outdoor stone, hung art, patched walls and textured and painted, all sorts of things. We worked with other places before this that take forever to get you a quote or send sub par people to your house. Brandy and the owner Allen really care about sending the right people and getting the job done. Will continue to use Ace for all of our needs!!
