It was a stressful time, but through prayer and persistence, we found Robert. He got us up and running quickly, and with honesty and integrity, let us know the unit might only last a year or two.   Robert came over same day and diagnosed a leak in the evaporator coil which was draining the refrigerant, and was very thorough in explaining the problem and various solutions. He even changed the overhead air filter for me. He sent me estimates for different brand ac units and install, which were all well priced. In the end a family member gave me a referral for another company, which I went with. Call Robert, he knows what he's doing and very knowledgeable.

  I have been with this company for two years now. I went with this company on the basis of the uniformly excellent rating they received on numerous evaluations on the Better Business Bureau website. I have had an annual maintenance agreement contract with them throughout this entire period and can attest to the fact that, throughout all my experiences with them, I am in total agreement with all the excellent reviews on the BBB website. Last week I had an AC emergency experience which once again confirmed my uniform excellent evaluation of Air Comfort Solutions. During the morning of August 18 I noticed that the temperature registered on my thermostat was slowly but gradually creeping upward. I called them in the early afternoon to report a problem. Their answering service told me that I would receive a return call within 30 minutes. Within 5 minutes, I received a call from Robert Patterson, the owner of the company. At that moment, they were dealing with a major problem which would take the remainder of the afternoon, but he said they would come during the early evening to check it out. The 9 year-old outside unit had a major oil leak which would require replacement. Unfortunately for me, the new outside unit would no longer match the inside unit, which was still operating efficiently. In short, the whole AC inside and outside units would need to be replaced. I have total trust and confidence in Robert Patterson and Air Comfort Solutions. In all my dealings with him, Robert is very courteous, attentive, honest, flexible and accommodating. The installation began promptly at 8:30 two days later. Robert himself worked side by side with the crew. The only hiccup was that Robert expected to finish by early afternoon, but there was a significant problem synching the thermostat with the system which delayed completion by several hours. I admired Robert’s determination to figure out why the thermostat would not complete the setup function. He finally discovered that, during installation, one of the crew members must have tripped an unmarked switch which kept the set up function in perpetual test mode. In sum, I am totally satisfied with my beautifully silent and efficient Goodman AC system. I expect to continue doing business with Air Comfort Solutions as long as they are in business and continue providing the excellent service I have experienced during the past two years.
