Their technician said everything was fine, except we were charged $275 to replace an electrical cord. Less than 48 hours after that technician said everything was fine, our air conditioner overflow valve started draining onto our porch. So thankful that Legacy sent a good technician who discovered our drainage pipe was 100% blocked. He actually had to cut the pipe out to remove the blockage. He was very thorough and explained everything.

They were very courteous and respectful the entire time they were here. They explained everything and informed us up front of what the cost would be. They were very thorough and left everything in perfect working order as well as perfectly clean, no mess left behind. I am very pleased with their service as well as grateful to them as I have recently started undergoing chemotherapy and they made sure I would not have to worry about anything. Thank you Guys!!!

We had to find a new service company after the owners of the previous company we used for the past 12 years retired and sold their business. We scheduled Legacy to do our fall furnace checkup after we found them listed as a Trane Comfort Specialist on the manufacturer's website. It was a no-brainer choosing Legacy with their 2500+ 5-star reviews. Based on our initial contact, you can add us to the list. Skyler was friendly and professional. After completing the service, he gave us a good assessment on the status of our furnace and his observations about our return air and filter system. We purchased their family plan membership and look forward to having them back next spring to do the checkup on our A/C system.
