He took care of all the areas of risk, educated me on any code violations I needed to take care of and made recommendations where appropriate. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I feel so much better now knowing they are safe!

Their two technicians that came to my home for plumbing repairs, Tommy and Douglas, were amazing. They were very courteous and friendly, they listened well and answered all of my questions, they were very efficient in repairing my plumbing problems, they explained everything so I could understand it, and they made sure that I was completely satisfied with their work before they left. Also, I was charged an excellent price for all of the repair work and parts, and high quality parts were used for my repairs, not flimsy stuff. I'm so glad that I found a company of integrity that provides exceptional service. They also provide HVAC and electrical services, so I will be using them for all of my electrical, HVAC, and plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Tommy and Doug, and thank you Legacy Home Services!

The first time was to add a few outlets and the second we requested him again and had him move a light fixture. We were very impressed with his professionalism and how quick he is! The thermostat appeared to be working, but the outdoor unit wouldn’t run—even though the system was installed in 2023. Legacy Home Services was incredibly easy to work with from the start. Someone answered the phone right away, and the dispatcher was fantastic—she even called me back when another customer canceled and moved our appointment up to the same day. The technician, was excellent. He was professional, communicative, and clearly focused on diagnosing the issue and finding solutions. After thoroughly checking our attic system, thermostat, and outdoor equipment, he identified the problem and was able to get our heating and air running the same day while we wait for a replacement part. Legacy is also helping us investigate transferring the warranty from the prior owners to help reduce labor costs, which we really appreciated. Overall, this company has been excellent to work with. Based on our experience with both dispatch and the technician, we even signed up for their maintenance service agreement that same day. Highly recommend.
