  I did extensive research before our windows replacement project. I got 4 quotes and Ultra Windows was able to provide quality aluminum windows for the price of other companies' vinyl products ... and almost half of one bid! The warranty was not as robust as others (i.e., lifetime, breakage, etc.), but it was a good warranty. We have some windows that are the largest you can get and I was only comfortable going with aluminum. The lead time was about a month longer than others, but we were happy to wait to ensure we got what we wanted (and the weather cooled off). I did a lot of research on the manufacturer (local in south Texas) and their products and manufacturing processes reviews showed some of the highest rankings in quality, durability, and customer satisfaction. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, took time to educate and answer all of my questions, and was always available to provide a status and ensure satisfaction. He provided numerous references in our neighborhood we could go see and talk to the homeowners. The crew, and crew (led by George) was exceptional - beyond expectations. They covered everything with plastic and were careful ... even meticulous with the installation. They know their stuff and their installation process was impressive. It was a highly coordinated activity. We were dreading this project and they made it as stress free as you could imagine. Highly recommend. 5-stars. Great job Ultra-Windows Team.

  Ultra Windows replaced 6 windows in my house about 15 years ago. Service was very professional; windows not only looked great, but also reduced outside noise level. During COVID, we noticed a little crack in one of the windows. They came out immediately and replaced the windows without any issues. Because of their outstanding service, we decided to have them replaced 6 windows and a patio door for our condo this year. Once again, they did an outstanding job. A neighbor also had his windows replaced at the same time, after hearing me rave about my previous experience with Ultra Windows. We told Ultra's crew that he was having medical issues during the installation and asked them to take special care due to his condition. They covered all the furniture, apply drop cloth in each room and vacuumed the areas. The crew also removed their shoes before entering his unit. My neighbor was also very pleased with their work! Thank you to Aaron, John and their entire crew!!!

  Ultra Windows supplied and installed my replacement Don Young windows. Aaron Ross was our Ultra Windows contact and he did an excellent job of keeping us updated and explained the differences in the various window types available. George and team installed the 19 replacement windows to perfection. Over the two days of installation George and crew was very respectful, kept our furniture covered and left nothing inside or outside of our home when the job was completed. They moved furniture and removed and re-installed all blinds and curtains. Pricing was very reasonable and compared favorably to the competitors. The best part was the installation crew and the work they did.

  Our new windows are beautiful and most importantly, installed with high quality. George and his crew are professional, courteous, and cleaned up everyday after working. Don’t use the fly-by-night national windows companies. Go with local and go with the best - Randy and the whole Ultra team!

  When my wife and I bought an elderly house, we realized that one of the many expenditures that would be required would be a significant investment in upgrading our single-paned windows. That particular investment would not be insignificant, so we wanted quality of the product as well as reliability of the workmanship that went into installing the windows. After much research and visual comparison of finished product we selected Ultra Windows. After a month of enjoying our new windows, we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. The installation was completed on the promised timeline and the installation crew worked well together, cleaning the debris and re-positioning the furniture as the project progressed. There was not a lot of wasted effort on their part and from my estimation, they finished a day ahead of schedule. I would recommend, without reservation, Ultra Windows, their representative, Aaron, and the leader of the installation team, George.
