What more can I say? The young men who worked on my tree lights and porch lights were just wonderful. Knowledgeable, courteous, resourceful and genuinely interested in doing everything possible to competently complete the job. I was smiling when they left and so were they.

The first time we used the Bosworth company, a young tech drilled an extra hole through my granite, while installing an RO water spigot on my kitchen counter. The damage was done, and he repaired it with clear caulk and the granite plug he had drilled out, but I’m incredibly disappointed because not only does the repair look bad, but the hole that he drilled “by mistake“ actually could have been functionally used.
The second time we used Bosworth, it was to replace our water heater after it failed and began leaking. We specifically asked if they worked with insurance, and were told yes, they do. However, once they had completed the replacement of the unit, we spent at least a month trying to get someone to sign a document for insurance stating what had gone wrong with the original unit. They did provide us with photos of the failure point (at our request), which was helpful with insurance, but my husband and I had to call multiple times to inquire why the insurance was getting no response on our claim (after my husband went in person to speak with the manager). Eventually, I filled out the forms myself and sent them to the manager for signature, which he eventually returned completed. We were able to claim it with our small appliance insurance, but the process was extremely long and inconvenient, and we had to argue against a supposed policy that they can’t sign anything and are only able to verbally confirm insurances questions (which no insurance I’m aware of will accept). I have not enjoyed working with Bosworth, but they did eventually find solutions to the issues.

I am so pleased and grateful for this company!
Neri and Michael came by to do a maintenance check on our two heaters/AC units. Bosworth has serviced our units for over 25 years. They were a little pricey, but because of the warranty: in my opinion, it's well worth it. I saved about $900 today, simply because my technician, Neri, was kind enough to call the office to verify the purchase date of our downstairs unit!! Had he taken my word for when I THOUGHT my late mother purchased the downstairs unit, I would have paid for two thermostats (the warranty for the upstairs unit had expired). What a blessing...times are tough financially right now, so I truly appreciate Neri taking the time to make that call. I highly recommend this company.
In addition to all that, it turns out that I noticed a leak in our garage near the water heater: I asked Neri to take a look at it and he confirmed that I need a new water heater. He called the office and made a service appointment for me, in addition to replacing two thermostats and for the maintenance of the two units for the winter. I appreciate you and Michael, Neri! Thank you, The Bosworth Company, for an outstanding employee!

I'm firing Bosworth today. I've done over $15,000 worth of business with them in the last year. I called three times to get someone to come by for an emergent plumbing situation this weekend and never got a single phone call back from a tech.
I know this is West Texas and the level of service we get and consequently expect from restaurants, plumbers, grocery stores, retail outlets, etc. is abysmal...but zero response to a long time customer is unacceptable.
I'm aware that the next company I call will be just as bad or worse, but it at least makes me feel a little better to fire Bosworth today.
