- KCKevin CookJul 15, 20195.0We had a leak coming from a pipe underneath the sink and behind the wall. I called another well known company which I will not name. The other company came out a day before 911 did. The man said there was moisture showing up on his meter under my ceramic tile and in the walls amongst other places. He was VERY eager for me to call my insurance with him there. The red flag went up and I had him leave. Again, this was not a huge leak. Only a small amount of water leaked out to the floor. He suggested that all cabinets be ripped out and replaced. Well I called 911 Restoration of East Dallas the next day. Chris came out the same day I called. His meter magically wasn't reading the moisture like the 1st guys did. He said the guy was purposely giving us a false reading and showed us how that is done. We did have a little moisture on cabinets and in the wall. All we had to do is put.a fan blowing into cabinets and a dehumidifier and problem was solved. He also sprayed some anti-mold spray. This company is honest and that is hard to find in the restoration business. We are customers for life. Chris potentially saved us thousands of dollars and months of unnecessary renovations. That is greatly appreciated. Do not use any other restoration company but 911 Restoration of East Dallas.

I am a new home owner and was faced with flooding in my home and prayed I would be able to find someone that would come late Friday evening and Eric came right away. Not only was the service he provided top notch but his customer service skills are something you will not receive with just anyone. He was extremely helpful and did all he could to assist me above and beyond the restoration work. He was always accommodating to my schedule and was very honest and detail oriented in his work. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
