  Leak from shower inundated our master bedroom closet carpet and adjacent den flooring. Elvard’s crew responded quickly, respectfully and skillfully. We were advised each day of their expected arrival time and what needed to be done at that time. They helped in the carpet and pad replacement selection and in the number of flooring pieces needed. Wall boards were cut out to access the the wet areas and fans and heaters were employed and used until the entire area was dry. Walls restored beautifully, flooring professionally and pad and rug laid quickly and perfectly. Great job!

  It was a true blessing when my plumber recommended Intensa Dry to help me after a leak from the upstairs bathroom into my craft room downstairs. Elnard, very professionally, helped with the insurance process every step of the way! His crew did exceptional work and the restoration was finished with minimum inconvenience. This experience could not have been any smoother and Elnard made sure I was completely happy. I'm in Allen and they service all the surrounding communities.   I had water damage in the kitchen of my rental home in Melissa. I immediately called Intensa Dry, since I had already used them before for a water damage job in my own house in Plano. Just like the first time, they took care of everything — from the dry-out and cleanup to communicating with my insurance and rebuilding everything back to normal. Highly recommend Intensa Dry for any water damage or restoration needs!
