Alex was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Highly recommend.

He did a diagnostic and found that the electrical connection in our home was done properly. He then suspected that the problem was possibly from a faulty wire connected to the transformer. He called Oncor to assess it, and Shaune was absolutely right! Oncor replaced a corroded wire, and all our appliances worked properly. No breakers tripping at all! Shaune’s honesty and diligence saved us from having to pay unnecessary added costs. We highly recommend Blue Line Electric!
