He diagnosed the problem quickly and cleared the problem which was a buildup of kitchen residue in excess of 20 feet from our garbage disposal. He ensured the clog was completely gone and did numerous tests to make sure the job was done. This happened over a weekend and the price was steep but well worth it to have our kitchen back in working order. Nick is a very knowlegable plumbing professional. I highly recommend Brandenberg for being on time and on point.

About an hour later the owner called and said they coukd move a job to the afternoon and they could be there 8am. Austin, was the technician and he was absolutely amazing! Cody, accompanying him. Nick came out, looked at the sewer line and the units, and deduced that our hard water caused a build-up in the commode pipes. After running an auger through the pipes, it was still not flushing properly. We were given a few options, but we decided to go with replacing the toilets and adding a whole house water softener, to prevent future build-up. Nick and Collin came back two days later and knocked out the job. They were professional, friendly, and triple checked everything. The new toilets flush perfectly and effortlessly. We've already noticed an improvement in the water quality, too. We're going to stick with Brandenburg for all our plumbing needs.
