The A/C tech Thomas Klein “Tom,” came out and inspected our A/C unit and suggested a few maintenance protocols. We initially thought about waiting a bit longer before committing but decided to go ahead and move forward with his suggestions. Glad we did. Our A/C was in overall good shape but the cleaning service and air scrubber add on are a life changer; our air in our home feels so much cleaner. I would definitely recommend Tom; he is very detailed, thorough and explains everything in depth. he deserves all the credit, raises and bonuses for sure! Overall Bradbury brothers has great service.

🚨 WARNING ABOUT BRADBURY BROTHERS PLUMBING 🚨
I want to share what happened to my 93-year-old mother so others aren’t taken advantage of.
On November 4th, Bradbury Brothers came to her home to fix a toilet that simply wouldn’t stop running. I was out of town at the time — otherwise I would have handled it myself. The repair required one fill valve and one flapper, parts that cost $20–$30 total at Lowe’s.
Bradbury Brothers charged my elderly mother $420 for this basic repair.
When she asked for a senior discount, they applied a 5% discount.
I understand service calls aren’t cheap, but there is a clear difference between charging fairly and blatantly overcharging an elderly customer who trusts you to be honest. This kind of pricing is unreasonable, predatory, and deeply disappointing — especially from a company that advertises family values and integrity.
Our seniors deserve honesty and respect — not to be taken advantage of.
If this is considered “standard pricing,” then Bradbury Brothers should have no problem justifying it publicly. Otherwise, I strongly urge neighbors to think twice before calling them.

We had a heating unit replaced by Bradbury Brothers. Immediately after replacement, the controls system arc’d burning out the motherboard. This immediately shut the heating and a/c down. Cody came out to diagnose the problem. He wasn’t able to determine the issue and called for his supervisor Buddy to come by the following day. Buddy stayed late that night and replaced the heater but we still had issues with the A/C controls. The next day the Repair Manager Juan came out with Matthew and resolved the A/C issue at no additional cost to me. It was a long process but Bradbury continued to work diligently to solve the issue and sent several people out to assist until the issue was rectified. Though it was an unfortunate incident, I would recommend Bradbury Brothers for future work due to their diligence and honesty with the situation.

Your technician claimed two major gas leaks, one on the main line into the downstairs unit and second on a valve off the furnace. He stopped his inspection, shut off the gas to the downstairs unit and then spent the next 20 minutes trying to convince us that we needed to replace/upgrade our furnace. As a result you/Bradbury Bros sent a plumber to repair the leak on the main line. The second guy came, he was great, but could not find any leak on the main line despite having the video from his colleague. I then received a 2nd opinion, whom I also shared the video of the gas meter going off on the furnace itself, and no leak was present. I witnessed this in person. Your original technician most likely took the video just after the furnace was turned off where residual gas was present. My only conclusion is to assume this was intentional, or complete incompetence, to upsell a new furnace. I don’t know you tell me?
I had to choose a star 1 to 5 but I would have given a 0 out of 10,000. Really tired of this sales over service b/s.

We recently moved into our new to us home last week. When we settled in we noticed a tripped breaker that controlled the clothes dryer. The breaker would trip immediately when I plugged the 220 dryer into the outlet. I called the landlord and we agreed it should be checked. We found Bradbury from posts in The Highlands community page. The electrician came out to the home. He was initially speaking to the owners of the home on the phone, we rent. My wife was home and showed the electrician the issue. His diagnosis of the situation was a wire on the dryer had to be rewired to stop the breaker from tripping. He fixed the issue and spoke only to the home owner who is not even in the same state. He never explained anything to my wife who was home in the house. He simply left. He sat in his van for approx 45 minutes to an hour in front of the house. When getting the bill of $477 I was outraged. This guy gave no estimate, gave no explanation of his actions to my wife. He simply moved a wired on the plug. When confronted he explained that he was a professional and that costs. I agreed somewhat and said thats the $99 service fee. He tried to justify the cost by explaining he had search for the problem and it took 2 hours. Im no electrician but im not an idiot either. This guy sat in his van for almost an hour doing who knows what to run up the bill. I called Bradbury to try to get some sort of resolution and they offered me a discount if I subscribed to their monthly service of $9.95 a month. They are in no way a reputable company. These people price gouge , run up the bill and are very unapologetic about it. Their only resolution was to make more money off us by selling their subscription. The customer service rep was less than professional telling me this was the only option. STAY AWAY from these people. $477 for simple moving a wire on a plug is ridiculous. STAY AWAY!!! If no stars was an option it would have been too many! This is not how you do business!!!
STAY AWAY!!
Bradbury Brothers, please note, I will find every community web page you are a part of and leave this review. Your handling in this matter is less than desirable. I told you on the phone that it was wrong and you simply asked me how id like to pay. I paid you, now I will make sure as many people as I can reach will never pay you!
