  I was referred by a current client and I am pleased with Bradbury services. Today, Jason and Jose were great. I previous had another company come and view my issues but I was not satisfied and I never returned a call. Both Jason and Jose were great. But I will say that Jose was very knowledgeable, pleasant and provided answers to my questions that I had intended to ask. And me having a business mindset and a business owner, I believe that when providing a service, a signature for services no matter how minor the concern or issue, and no matter how kind the client is, a signature of compliance is necessary. I once had a friend who tried to take my business, so contracts are a necessay means in order to protect all parties. So, thank you Jose and Jason. Bradbury's repetition is one that I give high praise to. And Jose's knowledgeable impressed me and I am now a VIP Client. Good customer service is hard to find. Thank you both Jose and Jason.   Bradbury Brothers always do a great job with my HVAC maintenance. Their technicians are professional, thorough, and very good at explaining what they’re doing and what needs to be done. The only thing I don’t love is that they tend to push extra products or upgrades. I bought a completely new system from them just two years ago, and now they say it needs new devices because it’s “starting to struggle.” Overall, they’re reliable and efficient, so I’m giving them 4 stars.

  Miguel took his time to do the HVAC inspection he was here for in a thorough manner. He then explained to me with photos and videos all he assessed during his inspection. He suggested some adjustments and also pointed out all the things that are working just fine in my home. I requested an estimate from them to change my cooling system because it will soon need an upgrade, but I felt no pressure from Miguel to doing so. Great service.

  We are not all the way done with this job but I have to credit your employee John Ramirez!!!! Usually I prefer to find smaller plumbing companies but I have been so impressed by Bradbury Brothers and more specifically John!! He has gone out of his way to make things very understandable and has answered lots of my questions. He is polite, level headed and has time to listen and explain. He has found us a great solution and although it’s costing us slightly more he has used his knowledge and relationship with the tankless boiler supplier and got us a better solution. Hopefully the next part goes just as smoothly!! He is dealing with an owner and tenants and has handled everything with patience and professionalism.

  Just moved into the area? And the house we bought needed some help ( garbage disposal stopped working when we hit the reset button a little puff of smoke came out so we knew it was DOA) Being new here and not having a tribe of friends to ask what vendors they used and who they liked, we came to Yelp and Google and found Bradbury Brothers. Their reviews were great and they look like a good bet, so I called to make the appointment. David Panchame showed up promptly when expected. From the jump, he was very kind and polite, he made sure to wear his booties in the house and listen to our problems. He had the garbage disposal on his truck that he needed to replace and we also had him replace the kitchen faucet. It had a leak and it was just old and tired. (Well had bought one already, so he took care of that as well! In addition, we wanted to see about having our toilets replaced, David looked everything over and gave us a comprehensive quote on the toilet install if we provided the toilet toilets and the toilet install if they provided the toilets and the difference was not very much so he called the warehouse and had the toilets delivered and worked all afternoon to replace both of them. He ran into a little snag with one of the toilets and never gave up. He worked the problem until he got it resolved and kept us in the loop about everything as he worked. He didn’t mind the cat supervising him the whole time and was very careful not to let them out the door. I’m an old, retired lady now, but David, with his respect and pleasant attitude and depth of knowledge was exactly the kind of employee I used to look for when I was hiring I hope Bradbury brother knows what a gem they have in him! With the reviews they have it looks like Bradbury Brothers has a whole team of “Davids”, If I were you, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a try! Thanks for everything!
