    Bradbury brothers did an awesome job getting the heat back on. Cody did a great job diagnosing the issues and getting them in the system for repair. Jeremy was efficient and knowledgeable repairing the gas leaks. So thankful for the whole Bradbury staff. From start to finish. If you don’t have Bradbury’s maintenance program, I would recommend it. They come out and go through your systems to make sure they are performing correctly for the upcoming season.

    Jeremy from Bradbury Brothers was excellent. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took his time to check everything thoroughly and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. He was patient and made sure I understood all my options. The company went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule and even came out the same day to give me an estimate. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Overall, great service and a great experience. I highly recommend Jeremy and Bradbury Brothers.

    This was our annual heating inspection which is covered in my annual VIP membership which cost $338. Scheduling was easy and reminders were texted. We were shown pictures of what was found and given recommendations. We have used Bradbury Brothers since 2019 and have been pleased with their work. Our technician called prior to arrival, arrived on time, did the heater inspection and then shared his findings.

    We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Bradbury Brothers. We have been paying a monthly membership fee for three HVAC units, with the understanding that they would be serviced quarterly. Despite this, no one from Bradbury Brothers has been out to our business in over six months. Two weeks ago, I called with urgent concerns because our business was not heating properly. I was told there was no one available to speak with me and that, due to the holidays, I should “give them a few days” to get back to me. No one ever did. Because of the lack of response, we were forced to call another HVAC company to fix the issue. The inspection report we received from that company was extremely alarming and clearly showed our units had not been properly maintained. Yesterday, I called Bradbury Brothers again to cancel our membership and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. When I finally reached someone, they admitted they had no record of any service since July and offered only a three-month refund, despite us paying for much longer without service. Today, when I called back to request copies of all invoices and inspection reports from the start of our membership, I was told there was no record of my call yesterday to cancel and was asked why I wanted to cancel in the first place. The lack of service, documentation, accountability, and communication has been unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable HVAC maintenance.

    Zach and his apprentice were on time (early) and very professional. I had already found the leak on my water supply line from the street, so it was more of a problem in figuring the best way of accomplishing the repair. They came back with the correct parts and did the proper repair, ensuring there was no leak at the point of the original leak, but also that there weren’t further leaks inside my house ( by watching the meter). They provided some good info on other preventative maintenance for my plumbing system as well. Thank you Bradbury brothers for fitting me quickly into your schedule quickly and allowing my family to get back to normal in a timely manner.
