I had never used them before (simply because my existing units lasted over 18 years), but when I started having issues this year, I reached out to them. Tommy had been out to my house 2 different times earlier in the year to basically replace the capacitors. The friendly, professional and a very fair price. Unfortunately, my 2 units were on their last 18 years of working! We decided to get a quote from Ken's and another local AC company. We chose Ken's and we weren't disappointed. They replaced both of my AC Units, with a new heat pump. They replaced on on Friday, and the other the next business, day, Monday. I trusted Darren and his team with our garage code to do whatever they needed to do. They did an exceptional job at the installation and clean up. I couldn't even tell they had come to my house both times. Thanks so much Darren Oliver, and the team at Kens Comfort Zone. Y'all can use me as a referral at any time!
