Making and scheduling appointments were very easy and appointments made in appropriate timeframe. When technician came to my home, he was friendly and explained the services needed and approximate cost before starting the work. He did an excellent job. At my son’s home, the technician replaced the water heater in a timely manner and was very courteous to my son and daughter in law. I would highly recommend JD’s.

JD’s has responded professionally, honestly and graciously every time. Most recently in mid-summer when my 23 yr. old AC unit went out during a heat wave. They had my house cool again in no time. And most importantly to me, they didn’t go straight to replacement despite the age of the unit. When it was determined that that was the solution, they gave me a fair price and quickly had the job done. I’ll never call anyone else.
