I couldn’t have been happier with Jason, the master plumber dispatched to help with a difficult plumbing issue. He offered informed answers and clear explanations for all my questions. He shared his observations honestly and presented multiple options and solutions for moving forward. Throughout the process, Jason focused on finding exactly the solution I needed—not the easiest, not the fastest, and certainly not an unnecessarily costly one. I researched the best company to replace my hot water heater and decided on Legacy Plumbing due to their 5-star review (over 500 reviews). I called on a Saturday thinking I would have to wait until Monday but got a call back within an hour. They worked with me on the time and date convenient for me.
Luke arrived and within a few hours, I had my new heater. He was professional and went over my costs before so there were no surprises. They work very hard to please their customers as you can see from their high ratings. I would highly recommend this company.

My experience with Legacy Plumbing was excellent in every aspect. When I called, I was able to speak to Theron, a master plumber, about my leaky pipe issue. Then Hubert and his assistant came out the next morning to begin the work. After visually accessing the situation, I was given an action plan of potential fixes and their costs thereby knowing the best and worst case scenarios they might encounter in advance. Lucky for me, my fix landed on the best case scenario side. The whole team was polite, professional and fair. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

Tyler is very professional and courteous and went above and beyond with doing little things outside his scope of work. It's the little details that he noticed that made his visit memorable.
He noticed I couldn't get around in my knee scooter and just moved the item 2 inches out of the way. He took the time to give me moments to convey to my hard of hearing mother how to use her new bidet.
In general, from beginning to end , getting a quote , setting the appointment, receiving text messages of confirmation, a bio and photo of the technician, a courtesy call of arrival, helped build a professional relationship going in to the issue at hand.
Tyler was very knowledgeable and informative as to what we needed to order for his return trip.

We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to call us, and one of our highly trained advocates will be happy to listen, understand, and provide pricing for your specific plumbing situation and need. If it is a plumbing issue our advocates can not answer for you, don't worry! Our advocates are able to call our field supervisor, Theron, who has 20+ years of plumbing experience, to help you and talk to you about your specific plumbing situation or need! We will never tell you something we don't know. We pride our company on being upfront and honest, and you will always get a pleasant experience on the phone. Once the situation is addressed, our advocate can book your appointment!

Our plumbers are licensed, bonded, and insured. We keep up with plumbing code changes each year in Oklahoma so that we can always do the safest work possible for our customers.
