I had issues with my kitchen sink backed up - I tried to remediate it myself but the clog was too bad for me to do without help. I called Legacy Plumbing and they got someone out to me the next day. Luis was my technician and was professional and extremely friendly. He not only fixed the clog but also was able to replace some parts to my sink which were old and not working well. The price was very reasonable for the work and the issue was fixed with efficiency and care. I had a doctor appointment and Luis made sure he was able to finish in the time I needed and was very kind in regards to my needs as a customer. I will go back to Legacy Plumbing for any other issues I have in regards to my plumbing.

Jason Lickfeldt from Legacy Plumbing installed a new water heater in my home. He was took his time and was very patient in explaining things to me. During the installation he needed to make a hole in the garage wall and he went out of his way to make sure that it was sealed tightly so that no "critters" could get in, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated how he cleaned everything up after he finished his work. The water heater works perfectly and I am enjoying the hot water. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but when I do, it’s because I’m extremely impressed. Legacy Plumbing came highly recommended, and they absolutely did not disappoint. Robbie and Spencer were both outstanding. They were thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly every step of the way.
Not only did they fix our kitchen faucet, but when we mentioned an issue with our outdoor faucet, they took care of that as well. We couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received.
There is “customer service,” and then there is Legacy Plumbing customer service. Thank you, gentlemen, for a job exceptionally well done.

Very nice professional service from Legacy Plumbing. I called them early in the morning and a real person took my call and was able to get a tech scheduled fairly quickly. The tech (Jake) called beforehand and showed up on time, very professionally and patiently went over my issues with me and then proceeded to make the repairs; taking only a little over an hour to complete. All the while he didn't mind me watching, asking questions, and learning. Pricing is fair and quality of the work was great. Will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

I switched to Legacy Plumbing years ago after inconsistent service from others. Legacy Plumbing has always done the job right the first time and their work lasts. They take time to explain the repair options and there's never a hard-sell to do optional work, but they always explain the situation, immediate work needed, and work that can wait. If you're looking for an A+ plumbing company relationship, Legacy Plumbing is the best decision you can make for your home and your quality of life. Special thanks to Brandon for always being incredibly helpful, professional and punctual. He's a terrific asset to his firm.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! 1. Will I be home for this project? (We do not service unless you are home).
2. Should I purchase what I want installed? Faucet, shower head, spigot, garbage disposal, water heater, etc. (We can supply all of these if you don't want to purchase your own)!
3. Am I 18 years or older? (We will not service a home unless the resident/person is 18 or older)
4. Can I describe what is going on over the phone?
5. Is this something I can actually repair on my own, or do I need assistance? (We never want you to pay for what you don't need)
