All About Plumbing is our go-to, they are always our first call for plumbing work. Jeremy is honest and shoots straight with me, doesn't try to sell work I don't need. Recently they were out to clear our AC drain and he noticed an issue with how the drain was piped into the drain line. He fixed it without asking and prevented a potential disaster in the future. This is the kind of service that's hard to find these days. More than one other technician had either not noticed the problem or not said anything. There was once we had an emergency and AAP couldn't get out until the next day, so we had to call a different company and we felt so ripped off by them. We've never felt that way with AAP.

They were very kind and efficient and explained everything. However, I just wish it wouldn’t have cost me $194 for being at my house for 10 minutes to tell me I just need to get a better toilet. I don’t disagree, but I didn’t know that. I had spent money for all kinds of flushing fluids because we were having Partially clogged toilet symptoms. I tried to snake it myself, etc.. In their defense, though, I was told in advance what the fee would cost. I just thought that it was something more than (work) I am going to have to do To replace the toilet and I would’ve gotten a little bit of a break for being there for 10 minutes. Either way I would go with them again if I had a significant issue. But it stings to pay that much for 10 minutes of work and being left with the same problem.

We had to have our 50 year old pipes replaced and a new water heater installed, and All About Plumbing did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with. Zach, Pablo and Mike were professional, communicative, practiced good project housekeeping, and were just very nice and hardworking young men. They spent three days in our attic in this August heat, so bless them. Zach took the time to explain things to me, and the whole process, and laid out an agenda for each day. He also took time to let me know of other issues he found in the house that need looking at by other contractors. All About Plumbing is now our plumber!
Frequently Asked Questions About All About Plumbing
My kitchen faucet is dripping constantly. Is it always worth fixing, or should I just replace the faucet?
A constantly dripping faucet can waste a lot of water and money. In many cases, a simple fix like replacing a washer can stop the drip. Our plumbers are experienced at diagnosing the problem and making a quick repair. If your faucet is older and shows signs of wear and tear, replacing it might be a more cost-effective solution in the long run. We can advise you on the best course of action after inspecting your faucet.
My bathroom sink drain is clogged, and the plunger isn't working. What should I try next?
If the plunger isn't working, a drain snake can sometimes reach deeper clogs. We have them at All About Plumbing and can help you clear the clog. But if the snake doesn't work either, it might be a sign of a deeper blockage in the pipes. That's where our experienced plumbers come in. We can diagnose the problem and get your drain flowing smoothly again.
My toilet won't stop running. What could be causing this, and can I fix it myself?
Running toilets can be frustrating, but they're usually caused by a worn-out flapper valve, a faulty fill valve, or a problem with the refill mechanism. Replacing the flapper valve is a DIY option for some people, but it's important to do it correctly to avoid leaks. If you're not comfortable tackling it yourself, our plumbers at All About Plumbing can quickly diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs to get your toilet working properly and stop that wasted water.
I have low water pressure throughout my house. What could be causing this?
Low water pressure can be caused by a few things, like a clogged aerator on your faucet, sediment buildup in the pipes, or even an issue with the main water supply line. The best thing to do is call a plumber to diagnose the problem. Here at All About Plumbing, we have the experience and equipment to identify the cause and recommend the best solution to get your water pressure back to normal.
My hot water heater isn't working at all. Can I troubleshoot it myself, or should I call a plumber right away?
Safety first! It's generally not recommended to troubleshoot a water heater yourself, especially if there are signs of a leak or strange noises coming from it. Give us a call at All About Plumbing. Our licensed plumbers can diagnose the problem and recommend the best course of action, whether it's a repair or a replacement. We're familiar with all water heater makes and models and can get your hot water back on in no time.
What should I do if my kitchen faucet is dripping constantly?
A dripping faucet can waste water and money. Often, replacing a washer fixes the drip. For older faucets showing wear, replacement might be more cost-effective. We can inspect and advise the best solution.
How can I clear a clogged bathroom sink drain if the plunger doesn't work?
If plunging fails, using a drain snake can help reach deeper clogs. If the clog persists, it may be a deeper pipe blockage requiring professional plumbing help. We can diagnose and clear the blockage.
What causes a toilet that won't stop running, and can I fix it myself?
Common causes include a worn flapper valve, faulty fill valve, or refill mechanism issues. Replacing the flapper is a possible DIY fix, but proper installation is important. We can quickly diagnose and repair your toilet if needed.
What might cause low water pressure throughout my house?
Low pressure can result from a clogged faucet aerator, sediment in pipes, or main water supply issues. Professional diagnosis is recommended to identify and resolve the cause effectively.
Should I attempt to troubleshoot my hot water heater if it's not working?
For safety, it's best not to troubleshoot water heaters yourself, especially with leaks or unusual noises. Contact us to have licensed plumbers diagnose and repair or replace the unit safely.
