The quality and craftsmanship has been drastically disappointing and we are now three months post closing with minimal progress resolving issues. I have had the VP of construction to my home several times and have still seen minimal progress despite being told it will be made right. I have been horribly disappointed with my Gehan home and regret purchasing our home with them. I have purchased five new construction properties with all types of builders (including KB Homes and LGI Homes) and this has by far been our worst experience yet.

We still have a long road ahead but I feel like Gehan will follow through with 100% complete satisfaction. Our sales agent Heather connected with us and made us feel comfortable. She was also understanding and answered all our ongoing questions. She is also regularly checking in with updates of our home process. I'm excited for our new Gehan home, in the new Anthem neighborhood.
