From the time he arrived and left the first time he was always very professional and polite. I had them come and do the work. He is very polite and professional he answered all my questions and explained everything. Wife and I was very pleased with his work and demeanor. He is very great person and very easy to work with. He wants to make sure you are very pleased with the work and understand how it works.

Unfortunately my AC/Thermostat stopped working (of course just before the holidays) I called expecting to get scheduled out after the holidays and to my surprise they were able to send someone out same day!! Had my system all checked out and back to running in no time for a very reasonable price and the best part is NONE of the pushy sleezy sales tactics! Very thorough showed me what was wrong and explained the cost to fix. Daniel was my Technician and he was great, showed up fast was very helpful and thorough! Unfortunately I couldn’t afford to sign up for the maintenance club this time but will be signing up after the holidays!

He showed me pictures of the components I needed to replace or that were wearing down, and explained how they impacted my cooling/heating. He even helped me compare costs with the yearly maintenance fee, which I chose to set up. Will definitely recommend this company!
