He came on the day of repair did all the repair and more cause we had a much older garage door. He was a very good guy, very informative and helpful with everything I should do to keep it maintained and for long lasting life for the the door. Really appreciate you man!

Installer arrive at 1130am. Of course nobody’s home. So After a week since they check my garage door is still broken and they cant schedule until 2 weeks from now, guess I just lost my $99 today. Very upset.
- TOTrent OrtnerOct 20, 20251.0Absolutely the WORST service for a company I have ever experienced. There should be a zero star button. NEVER USE THEZE GUYS. A guy came, spent ten minutes to ask me what was wrong with it and take what I said as the cause. I’m not wrong but he did zero work outside of visually inspecting it. He leaves and runs into my embankment on my driveway, doesn’t stop or pull up to see what he hit and stopped. Nope, he decides to just hammer the gas and push through it, cracking my foundation in my driveway. He then explains they’ll schedule a service appt. I blocked out half a day for that to have damage done to my home. I blocked out another half a day for it, they don’t show up in the four hours. I call, they have no idea about my service job or even what’s wrong with it. The guy loses his temper with me after I tell him I’m not ok with his answer of “Either reschedule or I’ll get someone over there soon”. If you can’t maintain the first two spots to fix what they described as a thirty minute fix. Never ever use these guys.
