He represented State Aire as a true professional. BTW, his helper was also cut from the same cloth. After finishing the tough job they picked up/ cleaned everything up to my 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend State Aire for an install or maintenance based on my truly excellent experience!

I have used them to install equipment in a new house and to repair tans maintain existing units, and they are unmatched in their overall quality of work and in their professional and responsive approach.

Tech was asked to provide a ball-park figure to repair or replace and could not contact anyone to provide information. Some of the four hours was spent on the phone trying to provide correct information, still charged for the full time of four hours. Had to replace refrigerant they had installed years earlier and were using another one now. On a another note has been cooling for a week, time will tell
