John came over and explained everything clearly, was clear about costs, and what I could afford for some serious projects at my home. We have a strategy. They answer your calls immediately, don't talk down to you, and are very friendly! VERY happy with the results - our shower works again, we have FAST hot water, and all in less than an hour or so. THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE!
