Do the dumpsters have a back door?
YES! All of the dumpsters have a single swing open door that is the full width and height of the dumpster. This allows you to load all of your heavy or bulky items easily. When you are finished loading the dumpster you just shut the back door and you can load all of your lighter items over the top.
Can the trash be sticking above the top of the dumpster?
No! All trash must be contained inside the dumpster and not sticking out of the edge or above the top edge. Department of Transportation requires us to contain all trash by tarping the dumpster for transport to the landfill. If the roll-off is overloaded we will be unable to tarp the load and therefore unable to haul off the dumpster.
What is your service area for dumpster delivery and pick-up?
We provide dumpster rentals to Williamson County and Travis County. The Central Texas cities we service within these counties include Taylor, Hutto, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Granger, Thorndale, Thrall, Weir, Walburg, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, North Austin, Coupland, Manor, Cele, and Jonah.
How do I reserve a dumpster?
Reserving a dumpster is easy. You may fill out our online dumpster rental request form and we will call you back ASAP or you may call us directly at (512) 514-3620 so we can discuss the details of your project and set up your reservation.
Can I put dirt and rocks in the dumpster?
We do not accept bulk heavy materials in the trash dumpsters. We do offer a 15 cubic yard dumpster for concrete/rock/dirt at a flat rate price. No trash can be dumped into these dumpsters. Call us for the details of your project and we will be glad to give you a quote for your dumpster rental.
Do your dumpster rentals have any hidden fees?
All of our dumpster rentals are offered at a flat rate price that includes delivery, pick-up, disposal, and rental days. Any additional fees would include a tonnage overage if your trash weight went over the included amount of disposal or if you requested to extend your rental time. We let you know beforehand of any additional fees if they apply.
Do I have to keep the dumpster for the full amount of included rental days?
No! We include a set amount of rental days with each roll off container. If your project is concluded quicker than the set date for pick-up, please give us a call and we will gladly schedule your dumpster to be picked up sooner.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
No! Our hooklift style roll-off trucks allow us to control the dumpster coming off the truck and we can place the dumpster in a very precise spot in a graceful manner. This means that we will not cause damage to the driveway. Call us today for reliable construction dumpster rentals.
Can the dumpster be placed on the street?
We place all of our residential dumpsters on the driveway so as to not block the street or its signage and fire hydrants, allowing emergency vehicles to have access to the street if they need it. If you have a standard driveway, the dumpster will take up one full side. The footprint of a dumpster depends on its size but, generally, would take up the space of a small car or a large pickup truck depending on which size roll off container you rent. All dumpsters must be placed behind sidewalks or walking paths so as to not block the right of way for foot traffic, bicycles, or wheelchairs.
Do the dumpsters have a back door for easy loading?
Yes, all dumpsters have a full-width and full-height single swing open back door to facilitate the loading of heavy or bulky items easily.
Is it acceptable for trash to stick above the top edge of the dumpster?
No, all trash must be contained inside the dumpster. Overloading can prevent tarping required for transport and result in refusal of pickup.
