My realtor stops by (after 6:00 pm) the unoccupied house and discovers standing water on the newly laid carpet! The crew arrived and were ready to resolve the issue. They explained in detail what the plan was to remediate the water damage. For the next three days the crew supervisor updated me daily on the status of the repair. In addition, the office crew-maintained communication on the process of my insurance claim with my provider.
