- WHwadia hafeez5 days ago1.0Horrible service. Came to tune up furnace - led the upstairs unit broken and attic door all open. Upon calling the not so helpful customer service held ground stating it was working when they left (which is a lie) and they won't send anyone right away until managers get involved. Mind it - the upstairs unit is brand new and was brought and installed by the same company only. Despite stating a sick elderly sleeps upstairs- there were no remorse or willingness to fix the situation rather they let the matter escalate.

Once the technician started to install the replacement cells, he informed me that one of the air scrubber was still working. He gave me the choice to leave the old air scrubber in or install the new one. I appreciate the honesty of the technician, because some companies would have not told me anything and install the new replacement cell.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He finished the work in a timely manner and even gave me helpful advice along with reasonable quotes for a few recommended repairs. I would be happy to have Louis come back for our regular AC service. Can’t thank him enough!
- RORobert ONealNov 11, 20254.0Modifications went well, the scope was to install a new return line in the attic, remove & deactivate the return lines under the floor in our pier and beam home. Cutting the ceiling in a concrete and metal lath was not easy with a Sawzall but it got done and some cosmetic repairs were done. The old chase in the attic was deactivated but removal was structural issue for later work. Under the floor looks clean and neat with a few metal straps left. The light was left on but not an issue to turn it off.

We had some special concerns and considerations that we expressed to Sunny Service when getting an estimate. Our Comfort Specialist (Mike Ross) was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and questions, and provided a system that not only met our needs but was priced reasonably. The installation process was seamless, well managed, and efficient. Once we made our decision to use Sunny Service as our HVAC installer, which we did within a day of receiving two other estimates, our system was installed in less than a week. The purchase of the new system included duct cleaning. The team that came out to clean the ducts were very professional, paid attention to the details, thoroughly cleaned the ducts, no mess and cleaned up when they left. I can’t imagine how it could have gone better. The next day our new HVAC from Sunny Service was installed. The Installation crew was extremely professional and polite crew. They did an incredible job. We couldn’t be happier with our new HVAC system. The installation crew was amazing.
