- PCPat Conner5 days ago5.0They were the best tradesmen (plumbers) we've ever worked with. My wife and I are both 73, and bought our first, and only, house in 1988. Have, over the years, had a reasonable number of tradesmen in for minor repairs and maintenance, and never had anyone so friendly and eager to do what we wanted, if it was still code. The repair was replacing all the sewer pipes under the house (our house is pier and beam so they could work under the house for some of the work). They also replaced a 75 foot sewer line from the house ( built in 1908, 117 years old) and tied it into the city sewer line. The had to do a fair amount of excavation, and filled in the trenches appropriately. Could not be happier. Will happily recommend them.

The whole crew wore big smiles, and I feel confident they did a superb job replacing all of our below floor plumbing all the way to the alley. You can't go wrong with Ray and his crew!!

I appreciated that he attempted to solve the problem without having to replace the valve, which would have saved me money, but it did not work. He is very personable and friendly. I will ask for Andrew in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Customer service just gives me the runaround and transfers me to dead-end voicemails. We’ve been through two cold fronts with no working heat. So irresponsible and unprofessional.
