- DPDavid PowersNov 14, 20255.0I would like to take a minute and express my appreciation and total satisfaction with Deaton Plumbing company. My home is only 5 years old but the gas control valve went out on my Bradford White gas water heater. The water heater has a six year warranty on both tank and parts but not labor to address any failures. After receiving an estimate from another plumbing company for $570 to replace the warranted gas control valve, which is about a 20 minute job, I elected to obtain other estimates. Locke Supply Company in Bedford recommended Deaton and the entire job including picking up the replacement valve at Locke and installing it only cost me $179. I highly recommend Deaton and Chris, the technician, for their honesty, professionalism and expertise. It’s refreshing to find a company such as this.

I own a salon in Fort Worth and not having working toilets during business hours was panic inducing. However after they got the toilets flushing they said the issue was cause by it being flushed too many times in row. My bs meter went off with that one, but the toilets were flushing so I paid them the $159 for the 30 minute service call plus $13 for sales tax!?? They didn’t sell me anything but labor so that was already a red flag. & here we are a week later and the toilets aren’t flushing again. I called them today and they said they don’t guarantee commercial work. How disappointing as a small business owner every penny counts and for someone to not do a good job and not be willing to make it right is wrong. I will be looking for a new plumber I don’t know how these people have repeat customers.
