First, I had to wait three days just to get an inspection appointment. Second, there was zero transparency in communication between the company and the insurance. Third, their inspection report completely misidentified the root cause of the leak. Despite that, they charged $1,200 for an incorrect diagnosis and quoted another $2,000 for additional work. I called a different plumbing company, and they found the actual issue and fixed it for just $300. Very dissatisfied with the service — definitely would not recommend.

They will freeze and when they thaw could cause a break if there is a sudden drop in temp such as in Feb 2021. We were without electricity in my neighborhood for over 4 days. He might not have seen this but I did read about it. Thanks for your help!
