- HHHudsonOct 16, 20251.0Now, I understand why this company has low ratings. I called in to get a quote.And they will not give you a quote.Verbally, it has to be sent via email. I recently had email hacked.I do not want to give my email out.And they will not give you a verbal quote like the normal business that we are all accustomed to. Once businesses have your email, they start spamming you and sending you discounts or sales or some sort of spam.And I explained that to the customer service rep, and they said, you have to do what you gotta do.But we're not offering that quote, verbally over the phone. Only through email and you have to set up an account with us. So I just went to the next porter potty cleaner, and it was pretty simple, gave me a quote over the phone.And I got it done. My experience, I would not use these type of systems or businesses as they keep your information.And could also sell it.
