Warning to other business & property owners: Spartan Fire Protection and Reliable Fire Protection Houston appear to be operating from the same address and using different business names, which I only realized after my experience today. I scheduled a sprinkler inspection, and the technician attempted to issue a yellow tag without identifying a single NFPA 25 deficiency. No corrosion, no painted heads, no leaks, no physical damage — nothing was documented. When I requested NFPA 25 sample testing (which is required at 50 years — test OR replace), the technician refused and insisted that all sprinkler heads must be replaced immediately at significant cost. NFPA 25 very clearly allows testing OR replacement, and a yellow tag cannot be issued unless an actual deficiency is documented and the NFPA code section is cited. No photos were taken, no code sections were provided, and no deficiencies were shown. This came across as an aggressive upsell, not a compliant inspection. I had to stop the inspection and have the technician leave because they were pushing replacement without providing NFPA-25 justification. As a commercial property owner, I rely on companies that follow code, document findings, and explain deficiencies transparently. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Business owners should get a second opinion from a reputable company that follows NFPA 25 properly and documents real deficiencies before recommending costly work.

Kaylah was extremely informative on walking me through the process of having my fire alarm system installed on my house. Her professionalism and patience with me was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Spartan is and will always be my go to for my family and I. They came to repair the sprinklers when every other company I contacted just gave me the run around. Also, Kaylah was a HUGE help in getting me set up with Spartan and get the ball rolling for the repair. If i could give them 10 stars I would!!!!

They were able to quickly dispatch someone to my property to investigate a residential sprinkler leak. Ultimately it was a different issue with our plumbing but they handled it very efficiently I will look to use them for any issues/repairs needed for our fire suppression system
