They excel in what they do, and their respectfulness is commendable. I believe they truly deserve a special raise for their incredible efforts. I admire the champions they are, knowing full well that their job isn't easy—sweating, lifting, and jumping on and off for hours. It’s only fair that the owner recognizes their contributions and rewards them accordingly. They are the backbone of this operation, and their dedication deserves to be celebrated! Just my opinion, he has a Good team whoever the owner is ! Your team has your back they are standing by every step of the way .
