- DRDianne Rucker4 days ago1.0Updated: changing my review after the owner failed to honor the 1 year labor warranty and the following; Chance was very attentive when trying to get my business but when the work was not done to my satisfaction, he was slow to respond to my texts and slow to follow up. Smart Fix did drywall repair, were provided pictures of the cracks/areas to be repaired prior to Smart Fix providing me an estimate, but 2 weeks later, the exact cracks they repaired reappeared in most areas that they repaired. They did the repair again, but a month after the second repair, the cracks were back visible. There is a 1 year labor warranty that will expire on September 13, 2026 which has not been honored. I requested a partial refund which was denied by Chance, and he stated I have structural damage which I’ve seen no evidence of. The work performed at my house was shoddy and the 1 year labor warranty has not been honored. Very disappointing that this business displayed such dishonest and unprofessional practices.
