The work they did was very sloppy. Attached are photos of the job they did putting net up around the top of our fireplace. As you can see, one side is slathered recklessly while the other sides have been skimped on with caulk. I reached out to this company stating we were not happy with the way this looked, but was told there was nothing wrong with the workmanship. For an additional $600, they can make it look good. We declined, thinking it would be throwing good money after bad. Needless to say, we will never use them again and I would recommend you don't either.
