  Edgar and his crew (Mike, Jason, Jake & Ariston) did an amazing job of installing and correcting all the problems in our crawl space … 40 years of accumulated wet insulation, debris, and an assortment of overall yucky stuff), with cleaning, trenching, plastic encapsulation, a sump pump and multiple dehumidifiers and over the 8 or 9 days the job took the communication was great, along with pictures, from Ross and Edgar, they worked hard and respectful, everyday, never left a mess and explained what was happening each day. If you are looking for quality and a job well done, the first time, call Olympic today!

  We had an outstanding experience with Olympic when they encapsulated our crawl space. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Kyle, the team lead, who was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and made sure every detail was handled with care. Mikey and Justin were also great -- hardworking, respectful, and efficient. You could tell the whole team took real pride in their work and it shows in the final result. We’re extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Olympic to anyone needing crawl space work. Five stars all the way.

  I’m extremely pleased with the crawlspace encapsulation completed by Olympic Restoration Systems. Jimmy, Daylen, and Michael were fantastic—professional, friendly, and always left the house clean at the end of each day. The job was finished faster than expected, and the results are excellent. The musty smell is gone, and the humidity in the crawlspace is consistently around 55%, making the house much more comfortable. My 100-year-old home had significant issues, but I’m already seeing improvements in my hardwood floors as the moisture levels drop. The pricing was super competitive, and the pre-sales experience with Darrin, the owner, was great. No pressure—just honest interactions, which was refreshing compared to my experiences with other companies. They’ve even followed up a couple of times since the work was completed to ensure everything is working smoothly. I’m really glad I chose Olympic Restoration Systems and highly recommend them!

  My experience with Olympic Restoration and in particular my interactions with everyone including - Nancy (front office) and Darren and Ross (in the field) were outstanding. This is a top notch organization, trustworthy, kind and compassionate. They took the time, they patiently answered every question I had, they were not pushy about anything. They were fair on pricing and options and they operate with the client in mind, first and foremost. I only hope that more businesses, particularly those in the field of home care, repair and mitigation would operate with the pure class of this group. Thank you all for being outstanding professionals.

  My home was having trouble heating and cooling our master bedroom. After installing a window AC unit and it being loud at night along with it being non-efficient allowing outside air and moisture to seep in. We decided to proceed with the duct sealing and insulation and it has made a world of difference!! Not only is hot/cool air coming from our vents but the air smells fresh and less dusty.
